Forsgate Country Club Texas Hold 'Em Tournament |

Calling all poker players! Forsgate Country Club expects a “Full House” on March 7, 2010, when the renowned private country club opens its doors for a Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament to benefit The Forsgate Foundation. An entry fee of $250 per person includes one seat at the professionally run poker tournament; a seminar by famed author and teacher Dr. Richard Lederer, father of world-renowned poker sensations Howard Lederer and Annie Duke; dinner; and an open bar. To reserve a seat at the table, call (732) 656-8904. Space is limited to 100 players.
In addition to bragging rights, the tournament winner will receive a $5,000 gift package that includes a $4,000 gift card and a $1,000 merchandise gift certificate. Second Place will receive $2,000 in gift cards and merchandise gift certificates, and Third Place will receive $1,000 in gift cards and merchandise gift certificates. The seven remaining players at the final table will each receive a $250 gift card.
Interested in being a part of the day’s action but not ready to ante up? There are a number of additional ticket options available.
For $25, poker enthusiasts may attend a two-hour seminar by Dr. Lederer and learn the fine points of this thrilling game. Refreshments will be served. For $65, fans can get up close to the action by being an audience member at the final table tournament. Dinner is included in the ticket price. Finally, the All Access Gallery Ticket is $75 and includes the seminar, dinner and reserved seat in the audience. Call (732) 656-8904 for more information.
